You are welcome to access our site only if you agree to the World Trade Help Terms of Service, referred to below as "Terms". These rules define your rights and responsibilities as a user of WTH: please read them carefully. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and World Trade Help. If you do not agree with these Terms or cannot abide by them, for any reason, please do not visit the site, do not create an account, and delete any existing accounts you may have.

Please note that we may update these Terms at any time. They will always be available to you through the Terms link on our site, and you are responsible for the updates.

These Terms are necessary to create a fair and legal environment for our global network. If we believe you are disobeying any of the Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account, immediately and without warning.

The World Trade Help website and services are referred to as "WTH", below. A "User" of WTH is defined as anyone who accesses and/or updates any part of the site, with or without registering for an account. A "Post" or "Posted Material" on WTH refers to any material added to the site by a user, including but not limited to anything you display, upload or embed on the site, including requests, profiles, forum posts, blogs, images, and videos. Your "Account" refers to any account you create, whether it's personal, Company, Non-Profit, or any other type that may be added.

WTH owns all non-posted material on the site, including site design (layout, images, video, etc.), data (text, information, data design, etc.), implementation (programming and system infrastructure design), and other files, as well as selection and arrangement: this is referred to as "WTH Content". Users who choose to volunteer to help update or add to WTH, with or without payment, are freely donating labor and ideas, which will also be owned by WTH. All Users acknowledge that WTH holds all intellectual property and other rights associated with WTH Content.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If we believe you are under the age of 13, we will terminate your account.

You may not attempt to solicit personal information from minors.

You are responsible for any and all use of your account on our site, including but not limited to the following:

• Your password: please guard your password carefully. You are responsible for all activities, even if someone else logs into your account with your password.
• Your Posted Material: any material you post may be visible to anyone on the internet. Please choose what you post very carefully.
• Your account: you agree not to transfer or sell your account to anyone else, except in the case of a Company or Non-Profit account that can transfer ownership with the Company or Non-Profit Organization itself.
• All contact with other members
• Delivery, receipt or exchange of goods, services or funds, including public or private exchanges
• You are responsible for proofreading your writing and making sure that the context is as comprehensive as possible. We will not edit your work. Please be patient with users who make spelling and grammatical mistakes in their writings and do not flag them. In the case the misspellings are offensive, please report this to WTH.

Posted material :
You are responsible for all Posted Material posted under your account, including blogs and comments on your Profile.
- Accuracy.
You are responsible for posting content that is accurate and honest, to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or in any way misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity.

- Quality
This site absolutely prohibits any content promoting violence, racism, bigotry, illegal activity, criminal offense, fraud, pornography, harassment, slander, or any other form of abuse. This goes against the fundamental purpose of this site, and any account in violation of this will be terminated instantly.

- Copyright, trademark, and other rights
You are responsible for abiding by the copyrights of any materials that you post. You may not post content that violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

You retain full ownership of all posted content, including intellectual property rights, copyrights and trademarks. WTH reserves the right to display, store, copy, reformat, and distribute any part of posted content, as long as it remains posted. If you delete posted content, WTH reserves the right to archive it.

You agree not to post images or information about others without their consent.

- Advertising
WTH reserves the right to support the site with advertising - all other advertising and solicitation is prohibited. Unless expressly authorized by WTH, any commercial advertisements, links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from your personal, company or non-profit organization profiles and may result in termination of WTH membership.

WTH reserves the right to remove content for any reason (including above) or no reason.

WTH cannot guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of the Posted Materials. All Posted Material is the sole responsibility of the User who posts it, and you agree not to unlawfully distribute it.

WTH reserves the right to require Users to abide by these Terms (including reviewing, flagging, filtering and modifying Accounts and Posted Material), without any obligation. You agree that you may be exposed to Posted Material and links to third-party sites that may violate these Terms, or which you might find otherwise objectionable, and that you use WTH at your own risk.

- System Use
You agree not to do anything to purposely disrupt or overload the WTH system and services, or the systems of its users.
You agree not to distribute viruses or pirated versions of computer programs. You also agree not to use any unfair, misleading or deceptive posted material intended to draw traffic - such activity may lead to account termination and removal of Posted Material.
You agree not to use WTH to gather information for the purposes of solicitation of any kind, or to access or try to access WTH data. No form of unsolicited mass mailing is allowed on WTH, including but not limited to spam, junk mail, chain letters and commercial promotion of other sites or services.
You agree not to access or try to access any part of WTH except through the WTH interface.

This network is made available in good faith. Although these Terms are clearly posted and agreement is required, WTH does not in any way guarantee that they will be followed or upheld. In no event shall WTH be liable to you or any third party for any direct, punitive, exasperate, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. This includes but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business or personal reputation, cost of replacement or intangible loss arising from your use of WTH.

If you encounter violations of these Terms, or otherwise offensive or illegal content, you are required to report them to WTH. Please include a description of the violation and send reports to report@worldtradehelp.com.
